About Coldland Flooring
Owner-operated flooring, trim and cabinet work across North Texas, Mon – Sat.
Our Story
Coldland Flooring is run by Jose Sanchez Gutierrez out of Sherman, Texas.
Being owner-operated means you always know who to talk to. When you call (945) 274-1359, you reach Jose directly — the same person responsible for how your floors, trim and cabinets look when the job is done.
We install hardwood flooring, hang interior doors, fit baseboards, casing and crown moulding, and build custom cabinets across Dallas, Fort Worth, Collin County, Grayson County and Denton County.
Every project starts with a free quote, so you know the price before we begin — and customers get 15% off their next project.
